Currently operating from 6 Regional Offices across the country, our in-house technical resources are equipped to facilitate a broad range of generic scenarios including equipment installation, signal provision (Satellite/Terrestrial) and system maintenance.

However, unlike many other service providers TSG represents a truly national service solution that combines defined structure with the flexibility to quickly mould itself to meet the more bespoke needs of some clients!

The TSG service network employees over 150 members of staff including over 80 field based installers (1 & 2 man teams) and more importantly 30 special heights teams for dealing the unique requirements of unusual/commercial building designs.

This comprehensive service infrastructure is further reinforced with the provision of a national helpdesk facility and an ISO 9000:2001 accredited central call booking process, which provides clients with the added benefit of a single point of contact for all call booking transactions.
